The inspector has an extensive list of options provided by the computer for each scenario, this ensures that nothing is missed during the inspection. The inspector also takes pictures of problems found throughout the inspection. Those pictures are added to each individual section of the report via the computer tablet. This ensures that our clients have a great visual aid next to each item reported. At the end of the residential home inspection, the report is already complete and ready to be e-mailed to the client. Therefore, you will receive your personal copy of your inspection report the same day as your home inspection.
